An established creative agency is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of its client portfolio and drive new revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting new business opportunities, working alongside an active and evolving pipeline.


The agency delivers strategic branding, marketing and design solutions across a diverse client base, helping businesses elevate their identity, strengthen market presence and achieve measurable growth. Its offering spans brand development, campaign strategy, digital marketing and creative design execution.


This is a proactive, front-end business development role with a strong emphasis on outbound activity. You will identify target organisations, connect with key decision-makers and initiate consultative conversations to uncover commercial needs and challenges. Through tailored presentations and insight-led discussions, you will position the agency’s capabilities and develop qualified opportunities for progression.


You will take ownership of pipeline generation, manage CRM activity with consistent reporting and execute structured multi-channel outreach strategies across email, phone, exhibitions and social platforms.


Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally within marketing, branding or creative services), strong self-motivation and the ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


Package:

c£30,000 base + commission
