Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm
Eg - 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm to suit you Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
About the Role
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a driven Business Development Executive with proven telesales/cold‑calling experience and a true hunter attitude to join a growing team in York, North Yorkshire. You will generate new business through proactive outbound activity and secure well‑qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is predominantly focused on new business lead generation, identifying fresh opportunities, and driving revenue growth through persistent prospecting.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Business Development
Proactively generate new business via cold calling and outbound sales activity. Identify new customer and market opportunities using provided data and your own initiative. Follow up on marketing activity, mailshots and campaigns to create interest and book qualified appointments. Account Management
