This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys working with technical products and developing long-term customer partnerships.
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance. You will manage the full sales cycle while working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and successful outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Proactively contact customers to secure repeat business, identify upselling opportunities, and understand evolving needs. - Generate new sales leads and identify potential new customers.
Sales Activities - Prepare and send quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales. - Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation. - Process customer orders using the company’s ERP system. - Coordinate the sending of product samples and follow up with customers.
