Our client is a prominent Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions) & Technology specialist. An opportunity has arisen due to UK expansion for a driven Strategic Business Development Specialist to support their West Midlands growth plans.

This role is hybrid with occasional travel to other cities.

In this proactive and high-impact role, you will be the first point of contact in their Mergers and acquisition process, identifying, initiating, and building relationships with potential software business acquisition targets. Working closely with the Strategic and Corporate Development Director and their international Corporate Finance colleagues, you will map and analyse the UK & Ireland software sector, engage experienced entrepreneurs, and help drive long-term growth pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Grow the prospect database by identifying software businesses meeting their acquisition criteria across the UK Initiate outbound prospecting (calls, video, emails, and social) to engage and qualify potential target companies.
