Join a Fast-Scaling Startup Changing How Big Businesses Buy Clean Energy
We’re building a new way for large UK businesses to buy and manage their energy — and it’s taking off fast.
Our platform connects the UK’s biggest energy users directly with clean power. It’s smarter, more transparent, and better for the planet. Demand is growing quickly, the team is expanding, and we’re still early enough that every hire makes a real impact.
This is a great time to join if you want to be part of a startup that’s scaling quickly and doing something that genuinely matters.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be right at the centre of our growth.
You’ll help introduce major UK organisations to our platform, start conversations, build early relationships, and support the sales process as deals move forward. You’ll also get exposure to how a startup scales — helping improve processes, testing new ideas, and shaping how business development is done as we grow.
This is an ideal role for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to learn. No previous experience is required — we’ll teach you what you need to succeed.
The role is remote-first, with occasional time in our Manchester office to collaborate with the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and researching large UK businesses
- Reaching out and starting conversations with potential customers
- Introducing our platform and explaining its value in a clear, simple way
- Qualifying interest and supporting opportunities through the pipeline
- Keeping CRM and sales data organised and up to date
- Working closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Helping improve and shape our business development processes as we scale
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience — we’re looking for the right mindset.
- A positive, motivated attitude
- Confidence communicating with people
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
- Strong organisation and follow-up
- Interest in startups, business, or technology
- Ambition to grow as the company grows
Why Join a Startup?
- £27,000 basic salary plus commission
- Join early and grow with the business
- Real responsibility from day one
- Learn fast and gain exposure across sales and operations
- Clear progression as the team scales
- Remote-first working with flexibility
- Work on a product that helps businesses access clean energy
If you want a role where you’ll learn quickly, be trusted with responsibility, and help build something from an early stage, this is a great opportunity.
Apply now and be part of a startup that’s changing the energy industry.
