⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and management of UK clients (accounting, VAT, payroll etc)
• Provide clients with clear solutions and compliance guidance
• Manage client relationships, resolve financial queries and ensure seamless service delivery including client satisfaction
• Collaborate with financial expert and teams across the UK, India, and other global offices
• Lead presentations, pitch decks and proposals for the new clients
• Maintain adherence to UK regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Assist in identifying business development opportunities and driving service excellence

⭐ Mandatory Requirements

• Recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or CFP, completed, partially completed, or currently pursuing, or an MBA (Finance), MSc Finance, or equivalent Master’s degree.
• 12-24 months of experience in sales or business development in Finance sector
• Experience with international clients or multi-country financial environments is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, professional mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and familiarity with accounting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time onsite from our Milton Keynes office

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 GBP / year + incentives
