Duetoplannedgrowthandsuccession,theyarelookingtoaddtotheirsuccessfulsalesteamandhireaBusinessDevelopmentManagerASAP.
Thisisasignificantopportunitytoestablishacareerwithaprogressivebusinessthatpridesitselfinprovidingworld-classengineeringsupportandproductstoglobalgiantsintheaerospace,automotive,andmedicalsectors.
WithmanufacturingplantsinEurope,NorthAmerica,andChina,thebusinessbelievesininvestmentinproductiontechnologytomaintainitspositionasaworldleaderinthesupplyofhigh-qualityproducts.

Highlyself-motivatedandwithseniormanagementpotential
Mature,confident,clearthinkingandwellorganised
Abletoidentifybusinessopportunities&tenaciouslypursuethem
Convincingcommunicator,atalllevels,anaturalnetworker
Strongcontributorinateamenvironment
Agraduate-levelengineeringqualificationinarelevantdisciplinewouldbeadistinctadvantage
Minimum5yearsexperienceintechnicalsalesinasimilarfield
BusinessDevelopmentManagerHoursandBenefits:
Basicsalary£55,000
AnnualSalesCommission£3,000pa,sensiblyexpected(guaranteedinyr1),subjecttoperformance
AnnualProfitBonus£3,000pa,sensiblyexpected,subjecttoperformance
Pensionupto6%ofbasicsalary(matched)
