Drive growth in the private equity and real estate ecosystem. We are working with a fast-growing specialist finance services firm that partners with private equity houses, real estate investors and asset managers to deliver high-quality finance and fund support solutions. Their offering spans fund administration, property accounting, tax compliance, company secretarial and outsourced finance, operating as a true extension of their clients' finance teams. With strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help scale the business across the private equity and real estate market. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited to someone with strong sector relationships who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships and converting complex opportunities. The Role You will take the lead in identifying, developing and winning new client relationships across private equity, real estate and investment management. Working closely with senior leadership and technical specialists, you'll help shape compelling solutions and guide prospects through the full sales cycle. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a targeted business development strategy across private equity and real estate markets Building relationships with CFOs, COOs, Heads of Finance and Fund Controllers Generating and qualifying new opportunities through networking, introductions and proactive outreach Managing the full sales process from initial conversations through to proposals, RFPs and contract negotiation Working with internal teams to design solutions that meet client needs Representing the business at industry events and conferences Monitoring market trends and identifying new commercial opportunities Maintaining a strong pipeline and providing clear forecasting to leadership
What We're Looking For
Proven business development success within fund administration, private equity services, real estate services or outsourced finance Strong understanding of private equity or real estate fund operations Existing relationships across investment managers, finance leaders and sponsors Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial business
