Business Development Director — London / UK & Europe

Join our London-based design studio with offices worldwide. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving new business, and promoting our creative services across the design and property sectors. The position involves regional travel and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and sales abilities
• Relationship building and client guidance
• Design or 3D visualisation is an advantage
• Negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
• Lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM attention

Responsibilities

• Grow the studio’s presence in the UK and Europe
• Manage client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Present services, prepare quotes, and negotiate pricing
• Represent the studio at events
• Track sales performance and report insights

Experience

• Experienced in business development from a design or creative environment
• Experience with high-value clients and long sales cycles
• Design, or creative sectors preferred
• Comfortable with regional responsibilities and travel
