Business Change Project Manager – Legal Sector | Perm | Hybrid (London-based, 3 days office) | Professional Services - Up to £70,000
If you’re a seasoned Project Manager with legal sector or Professional Services experience and a proven track record of delivering strategic change across business units, this role offers the chance to take ownership of high-impact initiatives in a globally recognised environment. This is not a tech PM role, it’s for someone who thrives on shaping operating models, redesigning processes, and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

You’ll step into an established change programme and pick up a live project within Client Experience and Operational Efficiency, AI and Sustainability).
This is an exciting role that demands cross-functional awareness and fluency in delivering change within a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Proven experience delivering strategic projects across multiple business areas - not just tech or systems.
A solid grounding in legal or professional services environments.
Skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
Comfortable leading governance conversations, refining project plans, and proactively identifying risks.
Broad-based transformation expertise, whether in operational optimisation, policy design, or structural change.
