This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact by  leading and supporting the delivery of key change initiatives within the Guidance Services Implementation (GSI) Programme and the wider MaPS Change Portfolio. You will assess organisational readiness, develop and execute change plans, ensure effective communication and training across diverse stakeholder groups, and help realise the benefits of strategic transformation projects. Role Overview The Business Change Manager will report directly to the Senior Programme Manager.
