We are seeking a skilled Business Change Manager to join our clients organisation. This role focuses on Providing Business Change and Adoption expertise to core programmes of work, delivering measurable change value and embedding change across the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business change, with proven experience in implementing and managing change initiatives that drive organisational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy & Planning – Define vision, goals, and roadmaps. Stakeholder Engagement – Identify, manage, and communicate with stakeholders.
