Business Change Lead Nottingham / Hybrid £45,000 - £52,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and growing organisation require a Business Change Lead, who has a proven track record of building change capabilities through change delivery. As Change Lead, you will work as part of an established team to drive a culture of change, working with stakeholders across the business to embed, adopt and improve change across all change elements.
This Business Change role will require you to work effectively with Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Training teams, initially contributing to the largest change piece in the organisations history. A background of working in sectors such as insurance, finance, legal, accounting etc, would be beneficial.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in their central Nottingham office.
