Business Central Support Analyst - £40,000 +Bonus, Slough My client is a leading Retail Brand based in Slough who are going through a really exciting time of growth. Part of this growth is moving from MS Dynamics to Business Central and the Business Central Support Analyst will play a key role in the migration and the ongoing support moving forwards. As our new Business Central Support Analyst you will be responsible for: Own and Resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed. Manage incidents, request, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels. Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the entire business, supporting configuration, testing and change delivery. Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms. Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability. Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues. Support structured testing, release and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production.
