HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As a Business Analyst at SmartSearch, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation and service innovation. You will work across business units to define, analyse, and deliver change initiatives that align with our growth ambitions and operational excellence goals. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead & support the definition and delivery of change initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Project Managers to agree scope of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality artefacts including process maps, user stories, UAT testing scenario’s, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
• Champion the Agile BA Framework and contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices at SmartSearch.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and lessons learned to drive engagement and learning.
• Support governance activities including risk identification, reporting, and quality assurance.
