We're partnering with an exciting organisation undergoing a major transformation through a portfolio of strategic projects.
As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive real change and add tangible value to the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Conduct feasibility assessments, requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
Support solution evaluation and ensure alignment with business strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
Assist with project documentation and change management processes
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects (ERP experience is ideal but not essential)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work in Middlesbrough 2 days per week
