Business Analyst – Leicester (Hybrid)

We’re supporting a client in search of a Business Analyst to join their transformation programme. They are undergoing a major tech-enabled change initiative, with a strong focus on modernising core systems and improving service delivery through agile practices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading workshops, mapping ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes
• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams
• Using Jira and Confluence to keep things moving
• Building business cases and supporting change adoption
• Helping shape BA practice and ways of working

What we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years in a BA role, ideally in tech/digital transformation
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Confident with tools like Jira, BPMN, and data analysis
• Great communicator and stakeholder manager
• Able to work independently and juggle priorities

Bonus points for:

• BCS/IIBA certification or relevant degree
• Experience with ERP, CRM (Salesforce preferred), LMS systems
• Positive mindset, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills (just as important as technical capability)
• Background in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) processes or projects
