Business Analyst – HR Systems Implementation – Outside IR35 Contract
Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a contract Business Analyst. Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for a global professional services firm.
You'll be great for this role if:
• You have strong experience delivering business analysis for complex HR system implementations
• You’re confident engaging senior HR and Legal stakeholders
• You have supported RFP/RFI, Proof of Concept and vendor selection processes
• You can work independently and communicate clearly across workstreams
• You have experience working in Waterfall environments
• You’re comfortable working with sensitive financial and regulatory data
• Experience with Monday.com and multi-entity environments is desirable
This is an outside IR35 Contract paying competitive market rates. The role offers hybrid working with offices based in Central London.
