Carrington Wood is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm as they seek to appoint a Business Advisory Manager. This is a varied and impactful opportunity offering autonomy, progression, and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Leading and developing strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
✔ Acting as a trusted advisor, providing tax, accounting, and commercial guidance
✔ Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
✔ Monitoring budgets, time allocations, and project costs
✔ Resolving technical accounting and tax queries
✔ Ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality frameworks
✔ Identifying opportunities to add further value for clients
✔ Discussing key findings with senior leadership
✔ Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping shape their professional development

What We’re Looking For:

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) OR qualified by experience
Experience managing your own portfolio and supporting senior stakeholders
Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and tax compliance
Proven background supervising, coaching, or developing accounts teams
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly
A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality client service
