This role supports the technical lifecycle of projects, providing structured detailing, documentation, and compliance checks across a diverse product and system portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of technical solutions by preparing details, technical notes, and structured responses under the guidance of senior technical staffProduce and update CAD details and coordinated drawing packs, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with approved designsProvide clear, professional, and timely technical support to customers and internal project teams, escalating complex queries where appropriatePrepare calculations (including U-values, wind loading, and thermal analysis) and compile system documentation for approvalCreate accurate project packs, specifications, and technical documentation across all product rangesSupport major projects while maintaining clear boundaries regarding system capabilities and limitationsLiaise effectively with internal departments, customers, and project stakeholders to support successful project outcomesAssist with product testing, accreditation activities, and quality documentation, including test evidence collation and controlled document preparationManage technical data, drawings, and project records using internal systems with full traceabilityContribute to continuous improvement through detail reviews, documentation updates, and project feedbackBuild knowledge in designated product areas, acting as an internal point of contact while complex issues remain with senior technical staffMaintain awareness of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CWCT, EN standards, and building safety-related requirements)Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Technical Services department and represent the organisation professionallyExperience & Knowledge RequiredPractical technical understanding of construction or faade-related systems (training provided where required)Awareness of building materials, compliance requirements, and willingness to learn faade-specific standardsExperience working with architects, contractors, or project teamsStrong IT skills, with excellent communication and customer service capabilitiesHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving, numeracy, and literacy skills, with the ability to identify missing information and communicate limitations clearlyQualifications & Core SkillsHNC/HND or equivalent in Construction, Architecture, or related disciplineStrong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (CAD experience is advantageous)Solid understanding of building practices and the ability to interpret architectural drawingsExcellent attention to detail, communication, and administrative skillsA customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal abilitiesFor more information please click to apply todayTPBN1_UKTJ
