Job Title: Building Surveyor\n\nLocation: London (EC)\n\nSalary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a consultancy in East Central London. They are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor or a recently qualified a Building Surveyor to join the team working on commercial, educational and residential buildings. If you are a graduate Surveyor you will need to have some experience working in a consultancy unfortunately we aren’t looking for fresh graduates for this role.\n\nThe Company\n\nThis company is a Building Surveying consulting working across London and the home counites on commercial, educational and residential buildings for a wide variety of clients.\n\nThe role will require\n\n * Preparations of schedules of dilapidations\n\n * Schedules of dilapidations\n\n * Schedules of condition\n\n * Specification writing\n\n * Measured surveys for fire insurance reinstatement\n\n * Party walls\n\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\n\n * Degree in Building Surveying (RICS)\n\n * Good knowledge of AutoCAD\n\n * Able to travel across London and the home counties\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * £35,000 - £55,000 DOE\n\n * APC support\n\n * Travel expenses\n\nKeen to hear about other opportunities like this?
