Performance Objectives
* Pricing works from drawings and survey information, including take offs and preparation of quotations * Producing and submitting tenders, schedules of rates, and contractor proposals * Managing project costs including variations, valuations, and final accounts * Liaising with client quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and internal teams * Preparing and issuing subcontractor and material enquiries * Carrying out disrepair surveys and site audits, advising on remedial works * Attending site meetings including pre start, progress, and handover stages * Supporting projects from quotation stage through to completion * Maintaining accurate records of quotations and proj...
