Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering planned works across a unique and varied housing portfolio. You'll be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment and upgrades of kitchens, bathrooms, external decorations, and other component upgrades and replacements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest of standards. Key responsibilities include liaising with contractors and stakeholders, planning and undertaking site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations, and monitoring progress and quality of works on-site.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have proven experience of delivering planned works or projects within housing. You will possess strong technical knowledge of building surveying and contract management, with excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a daily rate of between £400 - £420 per day, paid to you on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract. Your initial contract will run for a minimum of six months, however is highly likely to extend further, and could progress further into a permanent position.
