Partner, Building Surveying

Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £95,000 + car allowance + bonus

Working pattern: Hybrid

A renowned built environment consultancy are looking for a Partner to lead and grow a Building Surveying team in their Liverpool office. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for client development, growth, and business performance.

You'll work across a varied portfolio including public sector, residential, education, healthcare, commercial, defence, and insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and manage key client relationships
• Drive business development and growth
• Prepare and deliver business plans
• Deliver core building surveying services
• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Ensure quality through technical reviews

Skills & Experience

• MRICS qualified
• Consultancy experience in the Northwest
• Commercially focused with strong business development skills
• Proven team leadership and workload management
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Strong technical building surveying expertise
• Analytical, with high-quality report writing skills
• Proactive, positive 'can-do' attitude
