: Built Heritage – Building Surveyor
Location
London, Northwest & Southeast (primarily London and the Southeast, with some national travel)
Working Pattern
Full-time: 08:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Additional hours by prior agreement
Weekend or public holiday working (if required) will be compensated with time off in lieu
Hybrid or home working by agreement
Qualifications
Degree in a construction-related subject
Postgraduate qualification in Built Heritage or a closely related discipline
Knowledge & Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of building conservation and building pathology
Understanding of traditional forms of construction, maintenance, and repair
Practical knowledge of lime-based materials, traditional building materials, and their applications
Purpose of the Role
To support the delivery of consultancy and building surveying services within the built heritage sector, contributing to the procurement, management, and successful delivery of projects across a range of historic and traditional buildings.
Reporting Line
Reports to: Business Development & Technical Director
Acts as Deputy to: Business Development & Technical Director
