The role
This position is initially FRAEW report focused, working on specialist fire-related assessments that play a critical role in building safety and compliance. Over time, the role can naturally broaden into more general building surveying and project-led work, depending on your interests and strengths.

What you’ll be doing

Producing high-quality FRAEW and technical survey reports

*

Inspecting residential buildings and assessing external wall systems

*

Providing clear, structured written advice for clients and stakeholders

*

Working alongside experienced surveyors and fire specialists

*

Gradually expanding into wider surveying or project work if desired

Building Surveying experience with strong report writing skills

Clear, confident written communication

Interest in fire safety and building compliance

Consultancy background preferred but not essential
