Here at Stonewater, we have the perfect opportunity to join our specialist Damp and Mould team working with our customers, contractors, and Homes team to do just that.

Reporting into the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Service Manager, you will be responsible for resolving cases of damp, mould, and disrepair. This will involve carrying out inspections, virtually and in person, to diagnose the cause of damp, mould, and disrepair, ordering works, tracking cases to completion, and working with colleagues across Homes and our Partnering Contractors where you require specialist input. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking HHSRS actions to ensure our homes are safe.

The role will be home-based, but there will be an expectation to travel within your region and attend national meetings as required.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
