Are you an experienced Building Services Manager looking to take the lead on a major city-centre high-rise development? A respected main contractor is seeking a Building Services Manager to join the team on a flagship scheme involving complex building services delivery within a mixed-use, high-density development. The project involves multiple stakeholders, rigorous compliance, and innovative MEP integration — and your leadership will be central to its success.

Responsibilities

As the Building Services Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on site. You’ll:

Lead the building services strategy across all phases of construction.

Ensure design coordination and compliance with statutory and contractual standards.

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations.

Champion safety, performance, and delivery in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Contribute to commissioning planning, handover processes, and post-completion support.
