Building Services Manager Responsibilities:

• Project management of M&E design teams, ensuring specific requirements and expectations are met.
• Advise the site management teams on all M&E processes, product and system selection, and mitigate risk onsite.
• Ability to provide hands-on guidance and support to the building services function as the project dictates.
• Continuous management of the installation quality for M&E systems on projects, from initial coordination to final commissioning and handover.
• Oversight of M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring programme, quality performance, and expectations are met.
• Supplement the company’s innovation and value engineering processes in consideration and implementation of best-in-class mechanical/electrical systems and products.

Building Services Manager Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail.
