You will be responsible for ensuring the development consistently meets all maintenance and health & safety standards, and remains 100% compliant at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Family always comes first at ub!What will you do?Oversee completion of daily reactive work ordersManage all aspects of the delivery of all planned maintenanceClose liaison with all stakeholders to agree work datesKeep track of and schedule the annual compliance registerEnsure all records are formatted correctly and stored on the central depositoryProvide timely MI reports to show ongoing compliance statusWork in conjunction with the central team on all site H&S inspections and auditsEnsure reports such as FRA’s and reportable incidents are recorded on the central database in a timely mannerManage all actions arising from incidences, assessments and inspectionsOversee tenancy fabric refresh worksControl operating spend in line with annual budgetProvide data to support projected spend analysisIdentify and deliver cost savings where possibleTrack building asset performance to inform maintenance frequency and predictive maintenanceAnalyse and interpret servicing and work order trendsMentor the team and provide guidance when requiredDemonstrate thoughtful EQ practice and care for all team membersWhat are we looking for?Comparable experience of managing similar propertiesM&E planning with a focus on statutory complianceTeam supervisory experienceAbility to build and develop relationships with external professionals, contractors and suppliersGood knowledge of residential building servicesProficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems (training on in-house systems will be provided)At urbanbubble, we’re redefining the way properties are run through community building, customer care, and innovation.
