About the Birmingham Project

You will be the Building Services lead on a major commercial refurbishment and extension project in central Birmingham, valued at approximately £18–19m. The scheme includes a full internal cut‑and‑carve, reconfigured floorplates to create modern Grade A office space, restoration of retained heritage façade elements, construction of a new fifth‑floor extension, a roof terrace overlooking the city, and full upgrades to building services, core areas and circulation routes.
