M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Electrically biased - Central London c£400 per day Ltd Co. or CIS - 12 months
We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Electrical to join our clients' team on a high-end commercial project in Central London near Liverpool Street station.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.

Role Responsibilities

Supervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site
Coordinate M&E installations in line with the overall project programme
Review and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
Chair and lead building services coordination meetings
Ensure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health & safety standards
Manage commissioning activities and oversee final system handover

Requirements

Proven experience as an M&E Manager with an Electrical background
Background in delivering commercial construction projects
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installations
Solid understanding of BMS and lighting control systems
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packages
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certification
Degree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
