Apleona looking for a proactive Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across a premium commercial office environment for a well-known client building. Youll be the go-to person for day-to-day building services reliability, leading contractor activities on site, ensuring safe systems of work, and driving continuous improvement through robust root-cause analysis.
The key responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Engineer:
Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Deliver, log, and complete PPMs to schedule; triage and resolve breakdowns swiftly to minimise downtime. Compliance & Safety: Review and verify Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS); prepare and issue Permits to Work (PTW); ensure works are carried out in line with statutory and client requirements.
