We've got a stand out role for a Building Services Contract Manager to join a rapidly growing service provider based in the City of London, this is a great role if you're looking to gain more responsibility, be given the opportunity to climb internally, work alongside well experienced managers and oversee a high value contract.
As a Building Services Contract Manager, you will oversee the contract's finances (Profit and Loss), works in progress (WIPs), oversee a team of maintenance engineers, scope out additional works / projects, regular client meetings and report into the Area General Manager.
Contract Manager Duties:
Full responsibility for P&L performance Managing KPIs and SLAs across the contract Providing technical support to both the client and the engineering team Ensuring all company quality procedures are implemented and adhered to Building and maintaining strong client relationships Attending client meetings and managing daily client requirements Overseeing additional project works and variations Leading recruitment processes and managing staffing levels Developing and appraising staff, including career development plans Handling absenteeism and managing disciplinary procedures Producing reports as required Identifying and securing additional business opportunities Managing the permit-to-work system Overseeing all health, safety, and environmental performance on the contract Contract Manager Duties:
Technically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVAC Experience in managing contracts / engineering maintenance teams in a financial, data centre or critical environment Personable with good people skills, with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. Salary and Package:
