We 're currently recruiting for a Building Service Contract Manager to join a longstanding, well renowned service provider in the City of London / West End. For this Contract Manager role, you will be tasked with overseeing several high end commercial properties in the City of London / West End, oversee a team of M&E engineers, develop and maintain client relations, and ensure the contract is successful in the service being provided.For this role, you must come from a technical background (Qualifications in either Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering), at least 5 years experience in the Building Services sector, experience leading / overseeing teams of engineers, great client management skills and the motivation to progress further within the company.
