We are looking to appoint two Building Safety Officers,who will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Building Safety across One Manchesters (OM) portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and other in-scope buildings. Working as part of the Building Safety Team you will be personally responsible for carrying out asset compliance inspections (including fire doors) and undertaking resident engagement fora number ofHRBs and other in-scope buildings. This is to ensure we are meeting our statutory obligations including safety processes, responding to operationalneedsand supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
