Role: Building Safety Officer Location: Manchester Salary: £32,000 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 Contract: Permanent The Building Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring and progressing building safety items, including fire and structural safety, in support of the Property Management Department. This role joins a well established team within the team, taking ownership of regulatory compliance, fire safety processes and procedures and to act as the point of contact for a number of senior colleagues throughout the business. The successful candidate will have an established understanding of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, relevant legislation and regulations, and of Safety Case Reports in residential high-rise buildings.
