A leading property owner and asset manager is seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to join its Property Management team in London.This is a key compliance role with responsibility for supporting health, safety, and fire governance across a high-quality residential portfolio, including High-Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs).The RoleYou will provide strategic oversight and guidance to Property Management teams and Managing Agents, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act and associated legislation.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing annual Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessment programmesSupporting Building Safety Act compliance, including Safety Case management and BSR submissionsMonitoring statutory inspections and ensuring remedial actions are completedConducting compliance audits across managed propertiesReviewing and challenging managing agent processes and documentationProducing monthly and quarterly compliance reportsSupporting accident investigations and insurance claim processesEnsuring electronic compliance systems are used effectively across the portfolioThis role requires a confident professional who can influence stakeholders, provide technical guidance and maintain high compliance standards across a complex residential environment.About YouYou will bring:NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable)Proven experience working with High-Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs)Strong working knowledge of the Building Safety ActExperience supporting Building Safety Case reports and regulatory submissionsIn-depth understanding of fire safety legislation and statutory complianceExperience auditing managed residential portfoliosStrong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with managing agentProfessional membership (IOSH, CIOB, RICS, IFE or similar) is advantageous.JBRP1_UKTJ
