Summary: Our client is recruiting a Building Safety Lead to ensure building safety standards are met and enhanced across their property portfolio. This strategic role is vital in maintaining compliance, driving cultural change, and improving resident safety.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Safety Leadership
Lead and develop building safety initiatives and performance frameworks
Embed a proactive and pragmatic safety culture across the organisation
Create and implement innovative safety strategies and improvement plans
Operational and Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and best practice
Regularly conduct and oversee site inspections
Maintain and review Building Safety Case Reports and Golden Thread data
Stakeholder Engagement
Influence and engage stakeholders across departments
Work closely with property, compliance, and repairs teams
Provide expert advice to senior management and external partners
Reporting and Governance
Monitor performance against safety KPIs
Report to executive leadership on safety performance and risks
Contribute to risk mitigation and resident engagement planning
