Building Safety Consultant - Leeds\n\nA respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Building Safety Consultant to join their Leeds-based team, delivering projects across Yorkshire and the wider North.\n\nAs part of ongoing expansion, they are looking to appoint a Building Safety Consultant to their growing building safety team.\n\nThe Building Safety Consultant Role\n\nThe successful Building Safety Consultant will be involved in the delivery of building safety services across a range of complex projects.\n\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a Building Safety Consultant looking to build long-term expertise in this evolving sector.\n\nDuties of the Building Safety Consultant to include:\n\n· Providing building safety and regulatory compliance advice to clients.\n · Supporting clients with duties under the Building Safety Act and associated legislation.\n · Assisting with safety case preparation and building safety documentation.\n · Reviewing designs and project information for building safety compliance.\n · Liaising with designers, contractors and duty holders.\n · Attending project and client meetings.\n · Supporting the development of building safety processes and procedures.\n\nThe Person?\n\nThe successful Building Safety Consultant will have a strong consultancy or regulatory background and will fit the following description…..\n\n· Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated regulations.\n · Experience working on higher-risk or complex buildings.\n · Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.\n · Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n · Organised, diligent and proactive.\n · Keen to develop within the building safety discipline.\n\nIn Return………?\n\n· Up to £75,000 per annum (DOE)\n · Car Allowance\n · Excellent benefits package
