Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Building Safety Consultant - Class 2F/3 Registered Building Inspector, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home flexibility. The role includes conducting inspections in line with current building safety regulations, providing tailored advice and support on compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients to deliver Principal Designer Support Services, offering guidance on project safety, and ensuring the highest standards of building safety and regulatory compliance are met. Additionally, you will engage in creating and delivering training materials to educate stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in Safety Engineering and Process Safety Strong understanding of Occupational Health, Environment Health, and Safety (EHS) Ability to develop and deliver effective safety Training programs Familiarity with compliance and implementation of relevant construction and safety regulations, such as CDM and the Building Safety Act Class 2F/3 Registered Building Inspector qualifications Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks in construction-related environments Relevant certifications in health and safety, or a related field, are an advantage
