Building Maintenance Engineer \nLocation: Liverpool, surrounding Areas (mobile)\nSalary: £39,000 + Overtime (x1.5/x2) + Van + Fuel Card\nHoliday: 23 Days Rising to 26 + Bank Holidays\n\nAre you an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer looking for a new mobile role with a leading facilities management business? We are seeking a multi-skilled engineer to join our growing team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.\n\nThe Role: \n\nAs a Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:\nPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) including:\n \nEmergency lighting checks \nFire door inspections \nFire Alarms \nWater temperature monitoring and flushing Reactive Maintenance including:\n \nBasic carpentry (e.g., door handles, hinges, locks) \nBasic electrics (e.g., lighting, socket replacements) \nBasic plumbing (e.g., tap changes, leak repairs) \nMinor decorating works \nFloor and ceiling tile replacement You will be required to travel around Liverpool and surrounding areas such as Liverpool, Bolton and Manchester.\n\nWhat’s On Offer: \n£39,000 per annum \nOvertime paid at 1.5x or 2x, depending on day/time \nCompany van and fuel card provided \n23 days annual leave, rising to 26 with service (+ bank holidays) \nPerkbox – Employee discounts across major retailers \nAccess to a virtual GP and health & wellbeing support app \nSupportive and growing FM company with opportunities for career progression Ideal Candidate: \nProven experience in a building maintenance or fabric engineer role \nComfortable with travel across multiple sites \nExcellent customer service and time management skills \nFull UK driving licence required \nTrade qualifications desirable but not essential (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical) Apply Today\nIf you’re a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Engineer with a passion for quality service, we’d love to hear from you.
