As the project continues through its construction phase, we are seeking an experienced Building Architectural Contract Engineering Lead to join the London-based design delivery team on a 12-month contract (Inside IR35). The Role Embedded within the site buildings design delivery team, you will take responsibility for the architectural and building design delivery across a defined package of works. This role focuses on managing design from concept and basic design through to detailed design, ensuring quality, safety, programme, and compliance requirements are met.
