BTR Account Manager

Location: Based in Shoreditch, London (preferred) or Colchester, with at least 2 days a week in the London office.

Department: BTR – Client Services

Reports to: BTR Account Director

Manages: BTR Account Executive

Salary: £35,000 plus EOT Bonus

We’re looking for an organised, proactive BTR Account Manager to join this client services team and lead a portfolio of Build-to-Rent (BTR) clients.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, managing projects from start to finish, building strong relationships, and helping deliver creative, effective marketing campaigns. You’ll also lead and develop a BTR Account Executive, ensuring the team runs smoothly and delivers great results.
