Bridging Finance Solicitor | London | £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Bridging Finance Solicitor (PQE 1+) to join a Central London based property team with long term prospects on offer. 

\n\n

The Role:

\n\n

The successful Bridging Finance Solicitor will be expected to:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Manage caseloads of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
    • \n\t
  • Review title documentation, searches, contracts, and reports on title
    • \n\t
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, Lenders and other third parties
    • \n\t
  • Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and regulatory requirements
    • \n\t
  • Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks.
    • \n\t
  • Maintain accurate case management records and meet completion deadlines
    • \n\t
  • Draft & review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, and security documentation
    • \n\t
  • Liaise with Underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions as part of bridging transactions
    • \n\t
  • Approach matters with both a risk-conscious and commercial view 
    • \n
\n\n

About You:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Solicitor admitted in England & Wales - 1 years + PQE
    • \n\t
  • Commercial and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • \n\t
  • Keen to support and help grow a thriving Commercial Property practice
    • \n\t
  • IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
    • \n\t
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
    • \n
