About the Role:

You will join the team as a BREEAM / Technical Administrator, taking responsibility for the management of the sustainability elements on a number of live projects, from

inception to completion. The role is the key point of contact for BREEAM queries and a

key link between the BREEAM Assessor and Consultants, internal project teams and clients/ contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as main point of contact for BREEAM queries, providing focused advice to clients and design teams. Reviewing information available to assess whether targeted credits are achievable.
