About The Role of Breakfast Supervisor: Guest Service Prepare and serve a full range of coffee, tea, and speciality beverages to brand and quality standards. Provide warm, attentive, personalised service for all guests. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area. Respond to guest feedback calmly, professionally, and proactively. Breakfast Supervisor Operational Duties Manage the breakfast service for the hotel, including making hot & cold beverages, serving tables, and engaging with guests. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and point-of-sale systems safely and confidently. Liaise with management team and suppliers for machine and equipment maintenance. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are available and to communicate any shortages. Handover efficiently to the evening team and duty management. Ensure correct food handling, hygiene, and allergen practices at all times. Manage and order stock such as tea and coffee. Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures. Quality & Standards Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste. Calibrate equipment daily and monitor product freshness. Adhere to company policies, brand standards, and health & safety requirements. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with colleagues across F&B and Front of House. Deliver barista training for new and existing team members. Support new team members during onboarding where required. Communicate operational issues or guest feedback to the manager promptly Breakfast Supervisor Requirements: Previous barista and waiter experience is required; supervisory/management experience is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekdayand weekend mornings. Right to work in UK.
