Job Description: We are seeking a talented and dedicated

Breakfast Chef

to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast chef, you will work in a small team taking responsibility in preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed guests' expectations and sets the tone for a great day.

Requirements: Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a vast knowledge of Breakfast dishes and their components. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices. Early starts. Ability to work well using your own initiative.

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards. Set up and stock their assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients. Maintain correct prep levels to ensure full menu availability. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety. Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
