We are seeking an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at a small, high-end boutique island hotel known for its exceptional service, refined atmosphere, and commitment to quality.
This is a unique opportunity for a chef who takes pride in creating outstanding breakfast experiences using the very best fresh, locally sourced ingredients . Youll play a key role in setting the tone for our guests day, delivering beautifully presented dishes with consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes to an exceptional standard
Designing and contributing to seasonal breakfast menus
Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
Managing morning service efficiently and calmly
Supporting stock control and minimising waste
What were looking for:
Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-quality establishment
Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern breakfast trends
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Relocation is required.
