Breakfast and brunch are a key part of what we do, and the space can get busy, especially on weekends. The kitchen runs lean, so everyone plays an important role in keeping things consistent and running smoothly.
The role
Were looking for a Chef de Partie to take ownership of the kitchen during breakfast and daytime service.
Youll report directly to the Head Chef, while also working independently to run the kitchen day-to-day. This is a hands-on role where youll be trusted to manage your own section end-to-end, staying aligned with the Head Chefs standards, menus, and overall direction.
This is very much an independent position youll often be running the kitchen on your own, so confidence, organisation, and pace are key.

What youll be doing
Running the kitchen solo during breakfast and brunch service
Preparing and delivering a consistent, high-quality breakfast offer
Managing your own prep, service, and clean down
Keeping on top of stock, ordering needs, and prep levels
Minimising waste and keeping the kitchen organised
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Working closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
Supporting with prep for evening service where needed
What were looking for
Experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
Confident working independently and managing your own section
Good pace and organisation, especially during busy brunch periods
Reliable and consistent mornings need someone we can depend on
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
Positive, hands-on attitude with no ego
